Definitions and Interpretations

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mmk03 platform ("Platform", "Service", "we") and you ("Player", "User") as a user of the platform.

By accessing this platform, registering an account, or playing games, you are deemed to have read and agreed to every point in these Terms. If you do not agree with any point, please stop using the platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" means mmk03's website, mobile web, and all related services.
• "Player" means a person who has registered an account on mmk03 and plays games or browses the site.
• "Bonus" means a monetary amount given to players that cannot yet be withdrawn.
• "Real money" means the actual cash amount deposited directly by the player.
• "Wagering" means the total bet turnover a player must complete before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "MMT" means Myanmar Morning Time (UTC+6:30) timezone.

Platform Access Requirements

Age Requirement

mmk03 is only open to players aged 21+. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or playing on the platform. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be immediately closed and any funds will be forfeited.

Restricted Regions

While the platform is aimed at players in Myanmar, there may be locations where access is not available due to local legal restrictions. Players are responsible for checking whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own region.

One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts using different personal details ("Multi-accounting") is a violation of these terms and may result in loss of bonuses and account closure.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Account Registration

A registered personal account is required to access and play on the platform. Accounts opened with incomplete or inaccurate information may be suspended or permanently closed.

Player Responsibilities

• Keep your login password secure. Do not share it with anyone.
• Do not deposit using another person's money or card — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit promotions is prohibited.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes (advertising, selling software, etc.) is not allowed.

KYC Verification

mmk03 may request verification of a player's personal information (KYC — Know Your Customer). If the required documents are not submitted within the requested timeframe, withdrawals may be restricted.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Methods

mmk03 supports the following payment methods for deposits — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits must be made from the player's own account only; using another person's account is not permitted.

Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit — 5,000 Ks by any method
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that processing may take longer if KYC verification is required. Processing times are based on Myanmar Morning Time (MMT).

Withdrawal Refusals

Withdrawal requests may be refused in the following situations —

• A withdrawal request is made before the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• The account name does not match the name on the withdrawal payment method
• While a fraud or policy violation investigation is in progress
• When KYC verification is not yet complete

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mmk03 can receive a 100% bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20 must be completed.

• Example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 20,000 Ks, making the balance 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
• Example — When depositing 220,000 Ks, the maximum bonus received is 100,000 Ks, making the balance 320,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

General Promotions

• Please note that each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• The bonus amount is combined with real money and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts by the same person — may result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
• mmk03 may change the terms of promotions without prior notice.

VIP Program

The mmk03 VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up as their play volume increases. Each tier earns a weekly cashback, with the Diamond tier receiving the highest cashback amount.

Fair Play and No-Cheating Policy

Fair Play

mmk03 is committed to creating a fair gaming environment for all players. Random number generation (RNG) and tamper-proof game systems ensure every player has an equal chance.

Prohibited Actions

• Manipulating game outcomes using software or technical methods
• Copying, modifying, or privately installing the platform's software
• Promoting schemes that falsely promise guaranteed betting wins
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Bonus abuse — placing bets on opposing platforms to exploit bonuses for profit (Bonus Arbitrage)

Investigation and Penalties

If any of the above violations are found, mmk03 may restrict deposits/withdrawals, cancel bonus rewards, and close the account. mmk03 takes no responsibility for any resulting losses.

Personal Data Protection

mmk03 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and modern security technology. The full privacy policy can be read on the Privacy Policy page.

• Players' personal data will not be shared with third parties without their consent — except where required by law.
• Players have the right to view and edit their own data, though there may be cases where legal retention requirements apply.
• By accessing the platform, you are considered to have agreed to the Cookie Policy and data collection.

Copyright and Usage Restrictions

All content on the mmk03 website (designs, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and translations) is protected under mmk03's intellectual property rights. Players —

• May not modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the platform without copyright permission
• May not use mmk03's trademarks (logo, brand name) in advertising or on other sites without permission
• May not scrape data from the platform using bots or automated tools

Service Suspension and Account Closure

Self-Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their account, they can request it via Live Chat. If there is a remaining balance, it will be paid out after any applicable wagering requirements are met.

Closure by mmk03

We may close an account in the following cases —

• Repeated violations of these terms
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Filing a chargeback request
• Legal or regulatory requirements

We will give advance notice where possible before closure, and reserve the right to act immediately in cases where that is not possible.

Liability Limitations

The mmk03 platform is not responsible for financial losses, data loss, or damages resulting from inaccurate information arising from players' gaming activity. The platform is not liable in the following situations —

• Issues arising from a player entering incorrect personal information
• Game interruptions caused by a player's own network or device failure
• Force Majeure Events — service interruptions caused by natural disasters or political events
• Incomplete deposits due to third-party payment provider failures

The player is considered to have accepted full responsibility for their own gameplay and results.

Terms & Conditions Updates

mmk03 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified once changes are published on the website, and continued use of the site will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
